①地形造型——地形堆坡的形式及高度需要严格按照图纸，并且在得到项目部主管工程师及设计师认可后才进行后续植栽（灌木、草坪等）工作。否则，在未经认可的情况下，甲方有权利要求施工单位翻掉所有植物重新堆坡。堆坡验收须以沉降后的效果为验收基础。

①清理、消毒、杀菌：种植前应对种植区域的土壤理化性质进行初步分析，如有地下害虫，应提前进行杀菌、除虫，并及时拔除土壤中的杂草根、清理大石块等，同时将种种植土壤翻松，保持土壤表层疏松、通气和良好的透水性能。标准：自表层土壤750px内不能有直径超过125px的石头。
