一、时间要合理安排
1. Reasonable arrangement of time
由于受自然条件的限制，对各种苗木栽植的具体时间要求也不相同，应该遵循自然界客观规律，根据项目预算合理安排采购时间、园林工程建设开工时间与完工时间。
Due to the limitation of natural conditions, the specific time requirements for seedling planting are different. We should follow the objective law of nature and arrange the procurement time, the start time and the completion time of landscape engineering construction according to the project budget.
二、苗木选择要认真研究

应选择适合当地栽植的苗木，根据当地栽植的历史习惯、地段特征选择合适的苗种。对栽种区域土质、水质调研分析，筛选出适合生长的苗木品种。
The seedlings suitable for local planting should be selected, and the suitable seedlings should be selected according to the local historical habits and regional characteristics. Soil quality and water quality in the planting area were investigated and analyzed, and seedling varieties suitable for growth were screened out.
三、栽植方案要规划

苗木栽植应合理规划，兼具美观性与实用性，同时便于绿化养护。既要形成景观的艺术效果，还要有改善环境的效果。应注意苗木间、种类间的生态习性关系，务必能保持较长时间的相对稳定性。
The seedling planting should be planned reasonably, with both aesthetics and practicability, and be convenient for greening and maintenance. It should not only form the artistic effect of landscape, but also improve the environment. Attention should be paid to the ecological habits among seedlings and species, and the relative stability of seedlings must be maintained for a long time.
四、资质要严格审核
4. Qualifications should be strictly examined
采购人在做好具体的苗木品种选择、方案设计、规划图纸制作后，即可以拟定招标文件。对投标人的资格要求一定要严格把关，主要应把握三点：投标人应是独立的经济法人；投标人必须有一定面积与质量的苗圃基地，采购人应通过实地考察进行检验落实；投标人要具备绿化工程施工资质，其绿化施工人员要具备相关资历。
The purchaser can draw up the tender documents after completing the selection of specific seedling varieties, the scheme design and the production of planning drawings. The qualification requirements of bidders must be strictly checked, mainly three points should be grasped: the bidder should be an independent economic legal person; the bidder must have a nursery base of certain area and quality; the purchaser should carry out inspection and implementation through on-the-spot investigation; the bidder should have the construction qualification of greening project, and the greening construction personnel should have relevant qualifications.
五、报价要具体实用
5. Quotations should be specific and practical
采购人在招标文件中必须将必要和可能的支出考虑周全。报价可以采用两种方式，一是将苗木采购费用按树种与其他各项费用分开填报单价、合价与总价；二是将其所有费用一并纳入苗木费用中按苗木种类填报单价、合价与总价，采购人应根据实际情况选择适当的方法。
The purchaser must take the necessary and possible expenditure into consideration in the tender documents. The quotation can be made in two ways: one is to separate the purchase cost of seedlings into unit price, joint price and total price according to tree species and other expenses; the other is to incorporate all the expenses into the cost of seedlings, and to fill in unit price, joint price and total price according to seedling species. The purchaser should choose the appropriate method according to the actual situation.
